She translates the latest psychological research into practical action to help individuals, organisations and communities enhance their wellbeing and resilience, speaking nationally and internationally for the charity.After taking a degree in psychology, Vanessa completed her Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology under Martin Seligman at the University of Pennsylvania.
