Vanessa King led the development of the 10 Keys for Action for Happiness. She translates the latest psychological research into practical action to help individuals, organisations and communities enhance their wellbeing and resilience, speaking nationally and internationally for the charity.After taking a degree in psychology, Vanessa completed her Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology under Martin Seligman at the University of Pennsylvania.
