Playground Piano brings together new original piano pieces that make playing and learning to play fun! Easy and quick to learn, these pieces cover a wide stylistic range to keep piano lessons interesting.

Pieces like The Pirate Ship, Rock Rocket or Hello, Mr. Mozart stimulate the imagination and motivate the pupil to discover new repertoire.

Volume 2 (ED 23048) available from November 2018. The sequel contains 25 more light piano pieces that are a bit more demanding than the pieces in Volume 1.

Hans-Günter Heumann widmete sich nach seinem Studium an der Musikhochschule Hannoberr (Fächer: Klavier, Musikpädagogik, Musikwissenschaft) und Kompositionsstudien in New York und New Orleans als Klavierpädagoge und Komponist insbesondere der Herausgabe pädagogischer Klavierliteratur. Sein besonderes Anliegen ist, Musik verständlich zu vermittlen und einer breiteren Zielgruppe nahe zu bringen.
