For A every day is like that. A is whether boy nor girl. It seems that they are only a spirit. Every morning A wakes up in another body than the day before. They - A and the body - spend one day together. Then A is gone.... For A every day is like that. A is whether boy nor girl. It seems that they are only a spirit. Every morning A wakes up in another body than the day before. They - A and the body - spend one day together. Then A is gone. But A is used to it. A was like that since they were born. There are a few rules. A only jumps to bodies that are A's age - current state, 16 years - and A doesn't travel a far distance overnight. Not more than a few hours away from the previous body. The only thing A takes from body to body, from life to life, are the memories. They lived a thousand lives in a thousand different bodies yet A doesn't freak out any more. A tried to fight it but knows that they can't escpe it. A just lives day to day, life to life, body to body. Until one day. This particular day A wakes up in the body of Justin. In this body A meets the boy's girlfriend Rhiannon... and instantly falls for her. A usually tries not to get too attached to the lives he visits but this girl is just so different than anyone A ever met. This book is so full of life and it is amazing that anyone could come up with such kind of a story. I really enjoyed reading this novel and I wished there was a sequel where the story of A and Rhiannon continues. This story just shows you so many different perspectives and so many different lives and you actually start thinking about the question: What if I woke up in another body tomorrow? What if my life is only temporary? And I think that is exactly what David Levithan wanted to achive with his book.
