Dieses Buch habe ich bestellt, da ich gerne das 8 wöchige Programm ohne Zucker machen möchte. Auf der einten Seite liefert das Buch viele nützliche Informationen (Auswirkung Zucker auf Organismus, etc.), hat Rezepte und Aufmunterungen. Aber auf der anderen fehlt doch die Genauigkeit: z.B. sind Kohlenhydrate Auch Zucker.
