Radio Silence is by far the best contemporary Young Adult novel I have read so far in my life. The teenage characters are extremely authentic, the character development and the coming of age aspects are beautifully done, and the setting is very modern. It's a beautiful book that you will be richer for having checked out!

I hope somebody is listening.

Since I already own the german edition of Solitaire, Alice’s debut novel, I just had to get Radio Silence as well. Alice Oseman is a young author, which reflects perfectly in her novels, where topics like social media, first love and the importance of friendship are predominant. I loved the interaction between the main two characters. Their witty and sarcastic conversations, as well as their emotional talks were beautifully written. A great book with short, powerful chapters and amazingly developed characters.
