Born in 1972, I came in contact with martial arts at an early age. After starting off with Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing, I found that Karate was my true calling and it still means a lot to me. However, in the past years I have come to appreciate the calm, non-militant aspects of martial arts, which led me to Qi Gong and Tai Chi and they have enriched my life ever since. Originally working as an engineer in medical engineering, I have opened myself to the “old teachings” and today I practice acupuncture and also teach Qi Gong & Tai Chi classes.
