Finaly,someone who is not totally sure about getting enough B12 on a vegan diet,and recommend a reliable source of B12,skipping the "Mumbo Jumbo `s" of "algae" ..wich are just "analogues" and they can only "mimique" the B12,(nory algae can offer some.....but,...better be safe and take a realible supplement)..In his... Finaly,someone who is not totally sure about getting enough B12 on a vegan diet,and recommend a reliable source of B12,skipping the "Mumbo Jumbo `s" of "algae" ..wich are just "analogues" and they can only "mimique" the B12,(nory algae can offer some.....but,...better be safe and take a realible supplement)..In his book,Dr,Mc Dougall is skipping the "Band Wagon"of the "Law of Attraction "Mumbo Jumbo" ,and focussing of the most important things someone want to know,about vegan diet.10 Stars from me.
