  Weyward is an absolutely spellbinding novel that follows the intertwined lives of three women across different time periods, each with their own struggles and connections to nature. Kate, Violet and Altha. The novel is beautifully written, with each woman’s story resonating across time, and the way they’re connected is both haunting and empowering. The themes of resilience, survival, and the connection to the natural world are woven through every page. Weyward is a compelling, emotional, and thought-provoking read that stays with you long after finishing it. It was definitely a 2025 Highlight for me. Also lots of witchy cottage core vibes.

Jede einzelne Seite. Endlich kamen nach so vielen Büchern Juliette und Aaron Warner zusammen. Ich habe dieses Buch innerhalb weniger Stunden verschlingen und kann es kaum abwarten weiter zu lesen. Alle Charaktere sind mir vollkommen ans Herz gewachsen. Egal ob Kenji, James, Castle oder Alia. Ich finde sie alle toll. Die Spannung stiegt immer weiter.

  Dieses Buch ist das beste Buch und auch mein absolutes Lieblingsbuch aus der Twisted Reihe von Ana Huang! Ich finde alles von der Storyline bis zu den Charakteren perfekt. Der Twist Richtung ende des Buches war auch super, ich hätte alles was vorgekommen ist echt nicht erwartet. Ich bin ein riesengroßer Fan von Rhys Larsen als Book-Boyfriend und finde die Beziehung zwischen ihm und Bridget sowie wie er Bridget behandelt extrem süß und herzerwärmend. Alle Sachen, die er für Bridget macht, ohne dass sie es auch nur merkt. Ich fand es auch toll, wie das vorherige Buch, Twisted Love, sich mit diesem Buch überschnitten hat. Die verbotene Liebe, Bodyguard x Prinzessin und Grumpy x Sunshine Tropes wurden auch super in die Geschichte eingebaut. Bridget und Rhys sind echt das am meisten herzerwärmende Book-Couple.

(Klappentext) I love romance, but this specific trope of marriage in trouble ripped my heart out. After all the marriage in trouble or second chance trope is not really something I would normally read, but since this is an Ana Huang book of course I had to. And I loved it. Everything. From the pet names to the unwavering love Alessandra and Dominic had for each other. The first few chapters were absolutely heartbreaking that it had me tearing up multiple times. I really liked that the smut did not overpower in this book, since there were much more important things to clear between dom and ale. No one writes grovelling men better than Ana Huang, and ale had Dom certainly grovelling (as deserved). For ale, her marriage, and relationship to Dom was not about money or wealth, but mainly about being present, him changing his ways and feeling loved. It was such a heartbreaking, beautiful story about two in love finding their way back to each other. Definitely a recommendation.

Sich nach seiner Berührung zu sehnen, war nie Teil des Plans. Beides war nicht das Schlimmste, was sie tun konnte: sich in ihren zukünftigen Ehemann zu verlieben. Nachdem ich die Twisted-Reihe von Ana Huang gelesen hatte, war ich unfassbar aufgeregt auf dieses Buch. Es hat mich definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Dieses Buch ist echt noch ein richtig gutes Buch von Ana Huang. Es ist zwar eine typische billionaire Romanze, aber trotzdem fand ich, dass Ana Huang es perfekt geschrieben hat. Dante und Vivian sind so ein tolles Pärchen und man kann einfach schon sehen, wie sehr sich Dante mit der Zeit in Vivian verliebt. Er würde alles für Vivian machen und genauso würde es Vivian alles für Dante machen. Ich habe jedoch Vivians Vater gar nicht gemocht und fand es auch traurig, dass er sich leider mehr um das Geld und seinen Ruf kümmert, als um seine eigene Tochter.

Dean and Allie are AMAZING. Their characters are just to die for. Dean's arrogance as well as Allie's naughty spirit. Let me just say there is a lot more to Dean than what meets the eye. I love how Kennedy gives her characters this depth you wouldn’t expect. I didn’t think there would be so much to Dean, but there absolutely was. And Allie was pretty fantastic as well. I loved how she didn’t easily give into Dean and his ways like all the other girls on campus seem to. The only thing that I disliked was how dean handled the loss of his friend / his grief. Don't get me wrong, everyone can handle grief differently but reading everything from Allies POV just annoyed me with dean so much. That he turned to alcohol and being drunk and high or on molly instead turning to Allie.

I loved everything about it tho. I loved how Blaise and Ares were just connected to each other from page 1 and how they had known each other all their lives. it had always been the one another for them all along. They had such heartwarming yet heartbreaking moments, which made me honestly cry my heart out. After Ares lost his hearing my heart broke over and over for their love. ("It's too quiet," he says, and that sends daggers to my soul. I try to hold my reaction in, to not think about what it must feel like to be in his position. I don't know how to reply to that. I don't know how to give him a different perspective on this. There's no way to describe losing your hearing. "You know the worst thing about this?" he calmly asks. My attention on him is enough to make him continue. "It's not about the music or the conversations around me. It's about you. I'll never hear your voice again. I'll live my entire life with a memory of it, a sound made up in my head. I'm going to forget your beautiful laugh?" He wipes my tears with his thumb. "And that's a fucking curse."   Die ehrgeizige Fußballmanagerin Adalyn dachte schon, sie würde gefeuert werden, als ein Video im Internet auftaucht, das sie bei einer Auseinandersetzung mit dem Maskottchen ihres Fußballclubs zeigt. Doch Adalyn wird nur ins Exil, nach North Carolina, geschickt. Dort soll sie das angeschlagene Fußballteam, die Green Warriors, wieder auf Vordermann bringen, um sich zu rehabilitieren. Die Pläne scheitern allerdings, als Adalyn herausfindet, dass das Fußballteam aus neunjährigen Mädchen besteht, die Tutus zum Training tragen. Dass die Spielerinnen Angst vor Adalyn haben, ist zudem höchst kontraproduktiv. Cameron Caldani, ein Torwarttalent und aus unerklärlichen Gründen ebenfalls in der Stadt, wäre perfekt geeignet, um Adalyn bei ihrer Aufgabe zu unterstützen. Doch nach einer sehr unglücklichen ersten Begegnung ist er nicht gut auf Adalyn zu sprechen. Doch Adalyn wäre nicht Adalyn, wenn sie sich einfach so vertreiben ließe. Und Gegensätze ziehen sich schließlich an … (KLAPPENTEXT) So lange darauf gewartet und doch hat sich es so gelohnt!! Seit dem Elena Armas bekannt gegeben hatte, dass sie ein neues Buch schreiben würde, habe ich ungeduldig darauf gewartet und konnte es kaum erwarten, dieses Buch zu lesen. Ihre anderen zwei Bücher',the spanish love deception' und 'the american roommate experiment' gehören bereits zu meinen Favoriten und dieses hat beide einfach nur überragt. Ich hatte jede einzelne Seite geliebt. Egal ob María, Brandy (die blinde Babyziege mit social Anxiety) oder Matthew. Der (leichte) Enemies-to-lovers trope wurde perfekt eingebaut. Auch wenn es sehr slow-burn war, hat Elena Armas es geschafft, die Story am Laufen zu halten, mit neuen Details und Wendungen. Cameron und Adalyn waren aber meine ultimativen Lieblingscharaktere. Es war so schön mitzulesen zu können, wie beide immer näher und näher gekommen sind und Seite für Seite ihre Mauern niedergerissen haben. Ich mochte auch sehr, dass dieses Buch in dual POV geschrieben wurde. Absolute Empfehlung.

Given their history, there’s still an obvious tension between the two but the camp has a strict “no staff fraternizing” rule. Russ doesn’t want to risk heading home early but Aurora has never been one for rules. (Klappentext) I absolutely loved and devoured this book. I think that I even liked this much more than icebreaker. The relationship between Russ and aurora was just to die for. I loved how they did not break up or really argue once in this whole book, and always stood side by side. Their communication was just really heartwarming. You just could feel how deep their love and affection for each other was. Also, Russ is the cutest person ever. Golden retriever energy.

  Rowan. Er beschäftigt sich damit, Märchen zu erschaffen. Freizeitparks. Produktionsunternehmen. Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Alles könnte ihm allein gehören, wenn er Dreamland renoviert. Seine ursprüngliche Idee, Zahra einzustellen, war theoretisch gut, bis er sie geküsst hat. Die Dinge gerieten außer Kontrolle, als er ihr unter einem Pseudonym eine SMS schrieb. Als ihm klar wurde, was er falsch gemacht hatte, war es zu spät. Leute wie Rowan Kane bekommen kein Happy End. Nicht, wenn sie dazu bestimmt sind, es zu ruinieren. Zahra. Nachdem sie einen betrunkenen Vorschlag eingereicht hatte, in dem Dreamlands teuerste Fahrt kritisiert wurde, hätte sie gefeuert werden sollen. Stattdessen bot ihr Rowan Kane ihren Traumjob an. Der Fang? Sie musste für den schwierigsten Chef arbeiten, den sie je getroffen hatte. Rowan war unhöflich und völlig tabu, aber ihr Herz kümmerte sich nicht darum. Zumindest nicht, bis sie sein Geheimnis entdeckte. Es war an der Zeit, dem Milliardär beizubringen, dass Geld nicht alles reparieren kann. Vor allem uns nicht. Ich hab mich während diesem Buch in Rowan Kane wortwörtlich verliebt (auch wenn er mir während der Krankenhausszene das Herz gebrochen hat). Ich finde Rowan und Zahra sind so ein süßes Pärchen und ich bin so aufgeregt auf die nächsten Teile gewesen. Dieses Buch war ein toller Start in die Dreamland Billionaires Reihe von Lauren Asher. An dieser Büro-Romanze gibt es viel zu lieben, von der starken und belastbaren Heldin Zahra bis zu dem mehr als grausigen Helden Rowan, dessen frostiges Herz langsam schmilzt, sobald er Zahra in sein Leben lässt. Die einzige Sache, die mich gestört hat, war, dass Rowan ein paarmal zu oft Zahra scheiße behandelt hat.
