Dageus MacKeltar belongs to a family of Highland druids who protect the veil between the worlds of the Fae and man. But when he breaks his vow to never use his knowledge for personal reaons - he does so to save his brother - he is possessed by the spirits of evil druids caught between the realms. He time travels from medieval Scotland to 21st-century America to try and find a cure. There, he encounters Chloe Zanders, an innocent young student of antiquities and old books. Both are extremely attracted to each other, but with the dark druids gaining power inside him, Dageus is running out of time. Will Chloe's love and knowledge help him defeat the druids? This is the 2nd novel in the MacKeltar-subgroup of this series, and just as enjoyable as the first (Kiss of the Highlander). I like the series a lot and would recommend it to anyone who likes time travel romance or a mixture between historical romance and paranormal elements.
