By adopting the parameters balanced with medical, social, ethical and legal issues, one can definitely counter the diverse effects of the disease. This work is a humble effort to put forth the dilemmas associated with medical, social and legal aspects of HIV/AIDS so that we learn, treat, teach, regulate and legislate.
