Es werden die gängigsten Begrifflichkeiten, Definitionen und Theorien dieser drei Bereiche dargestellt. Ein Fokus der Arbeit richtet sich auf die Verbindung der Begriffe Lernen und Organisation zum organisationalen Lernen. Auch hierzu werden neben dem Begriff des organisationalen Lernens die populärsten theoretischen Ansätze und Sichtweisen vorgestellt. Der zweite Schwerpunkt der Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Nonprofit-Organisation, ihrer Begrifflichkeit, Typologie, Erscheinungsform und den vorherrschenden Theorien zu ihrer Existenz. Ergänzend werden Daten und Fakten zu diesem sog. Dritten Sektor geliefert. Abschließend wird das Konzept der lernenden Organisation auf die Nonprofit-Organisation angewendet, es werden Besonderheiten, Gestaltungsprinzipien und Rahmenbedingungen herausgearbeitet. Die Arbeit endet mit einem beispielhaften Modellansatz einer lernenden Nonprofit-Organisation.
The content of this diploma thesis is the examination with themes of learning, organizations and the nonprofit sector. The most established terms, definitions and theories are presented. One part of the focus of this diploma thesis is pointed at the combination of the terms learning and organization to organizational learning. Furthermore the term and the most popular theories and points of view of organizational learning are described. The second part of this diploma thesis is focussed on the nonprofit organization, its definitions and theories. In addition, data and facts to the so-called Third Sector are disclosed. Finally the concept of the learning organization is applied on the nonprofit organization by analyzing specifics, principles and general conditions. The thesis ends with an exemplary model of a learning nonprofit organization.
