As discussed in this review, various scientific reports revealed that curcumin has demonstrated powerful anti-cancer effects in a variety of malignancies via its effects on a host of biological pathways. The purpose of current review is to highlight reports on use of curcumin in treatment of colon cancer and its anti-inflammatory properties.
