Therefore, an attempt was made to minimize germination period as well as to improve germination capability of guava seeds through certain seed treatments, viz., water soaking, hot water soaking, acid treatments, use of GA3 and thiourea in variety of sardar (L-49) guava under Akola conditions of Maharastra.This publication will be useful to the students, scientists and growers .
