Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich BWL - Sonstiges, Note: 1, Campus02 Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft Graz (Studiengang Innovationsmanagement), Veranstaltung: Bachelorarbeit, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Sowohl der Industrie als auch Forschungseinrichtungen ist es ein Anliegen, brach liegende Synergieeffekte besser zu nutzen, damit insgesamt wettbewerbsfähiger zu werden und auch zu bleiben. Betrachtet man F&E-Einrichtungen, so unterscheiden sich diese aus unternehmerischer Sicht in vielen Punkten von Industrie und Wirtschaft. Das beginnt mit der Auftragsgewinnung und endet bei der Verwertung der Ergebnisse. In dieser Arbeit wurden zunächst die Charakteristika und Aspekte von Forschungseinrichtungen untersucht. Danach erfolgte die Erläuterung von Möglichkeiten der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Wirtschaft und Industrie, speziell die Verwertung von Forschungsergebnissen wurde näher beleuchtet. Unter dem Aspekt von Medizintechnik-F&E wurde ein Innovationsprozess modelliert, um schließlich eine Anwendungsempfehlung für Methoden in bestimmten Phasen dieses Innovationsprozesses abzugeben. Es bleibt abzuwarten, ob schon in naher Zukunft eine Etablierung von Systematischem Innovieren auch innerhalb von Forschungseinrichtungen möglich sein wird.
Both industry and research institutions want to deploy potential synergy effects to be competitive and to remain competitive. Under the perspective of entrepreneur-ship, many differences can be detected between industry and R&D-facilities. This encompasses the range from the customer acquisition to the transfer of the scientific results. Firstly, characteristics and aspects of R&D-institutions were indicated. Subsequently, collaboration of industry and R&D and especially utilization of scientific results were examined. Regarding aspects of R&D in medical technology, an innovation process was shaped to give a recommendation for the usage of selected tools in special process steps. It remains to be seen if Systematic Innovation can be established as an integral part of R&D-institutions in the future.
