One Night in Edinburgh The fun, feel-good romance you need this year

One Night in Edinburgh by Nina Kaye is the story of Steph and Jamie who meet one day on New Year‘s Eve in Edinburgh as the title of the book already suggests. Sometimes you just need people you can’t forget and that is what happens to Steph and Jamie, but they have no way of contacting the other. Therefore they have to get creative and that was amazing. Steph is a person who had some bad relationship experiences in the past and is always wary of new ones, but there were more than some sparks with Jamie.  However, after only one night you don’t know a person very well and especially Jamie has some baggage. I enjoyed this story, but still felt like I didn’t fully get to know the characters and especially in the middle the plot dragged on a little. Overall, One Night in Edinburgh is a fun and romantic story with a fabulous setting. 3 stars. (ARC kindly provided in exchange for a review.)
