Dr. Anjali Karol Mohan
is an urban and regional planner with a PhD in urban (e)governance and management. Her research-based practice over two and a half decades straddles urban and regional planning and management, institutional and policy frameworks and information and communication technologies and development (ICTD). A faculty at the National Law School University of India, Bangalore, Dr. Mohan has published in academic journals as well as popular media.

Juliana Gómez Aristizábal
is an architect from the National University of Colombia. She worked for the Urban Development Enterprise (EDU) as an architect in the Integral Urban Project (PUI) of the central-eastern zone as part of the implementation of the Social Urbanism strategy in Medellin.
