The research documented in this book aimed to investigate the constraints suffered by Passengers with Special Assistance Needs (PNAE) who use the services provided by airport operators and airlines. This work aims to report on the information acquired through a literature review and the application of an online questionnaire, which resulted in quantitative and qualitative data that made it possible to obtain various considerations about the real problems faced by these passengers and the aspects they prioritise most in situations such as boarding and disembarking.
