This book is the result of a study on the implementation of a Clinical Nursing Supervision Model (SafeCare Model) in a hospital setting. Nowadays, it is undeniable that the quality and safety of the care provided is associated with efficient supervisory processes that are adapted to each context, taking into account the particularities of each participant, be it the clinical supervisor or the supervisee.
