A language is still a barrier when it comes to communication of two different language people, it varies from community to community, place to place, and wherever a persons go language changes occur within 100km. Communication between physically normal(speaking and listening) people is done via their mother language or any basement language whether both are comfortable to interact and can express and understand each other. But what about the special people of our societies who are physically deaf and dumb.
