One of the main activities employing young people in the town of Zinder is the fraudulent sale of hydrocarbons. However, this illegal activity is becoming increasingly widespread, despite all the associated risks. All the authorities concerned have tried either to regularize the situation, or to formally prohibit this activity, which does not benefit the country's economy, but their efforts have been in vain.
