Meine letzte Rezension Spectacular von Stephanie Garber
***Spoiler*** As the last book in this series (that doesn't require reading to finish the story) this is the only book that does have spice. Though it's not spice all the way through there is a scene where Donatella is making out with a "stranger" while being held captive. As you can guess this "stanger" is Legend (especially if you still remember the letter Tella wrote him in Finale) but we don't KNOW it is until the very end.

Spectacular

    Lost Boy

    My all time favorite book. I was crying and laughing and just STUNNED the first time I read Lost Boy and rereading this book four years later I was feeling just the same way. This masterpiece casts a whole other light on the story of Peter Pan and his lost boys, on their Island where no one ever ages... right?

    The Way I Used to Be

    A beautiful book about Eden, a girl fighting her unsolved trauma. Feeling alone. Thinking no one is ever going to belive her or care about her. Never has a book made me want to hug a character, and tell them I do belive them and their friends will do too, like this one did. Pain, hope, friendship. love, hate. This book has it all.

    Caraval

    "What happens beyond this gate may frighten or excite you, but don't let any of it trick you. We will try to convince you it's real, but all of it is a performance. A world built of make-believe. So while we want you to get swept away, be careful of being swept too far away." Let me tell you reading this book I really did get swept away! Magic, a mystery to be solved and unexpected and unconditional love. All I could ever want in a book. I'm excited to get to know Tella more in the next two books even though I am sad about not reading so much about Scarlett... Thank you Stephanie Garber for the amazing world of Caraval.

    The Way I Am Now

    In this amazing sequel, Eden finally gets the justice she deserves and learns how to live with the pain she experienced. Learning that there are people who care about her. This book brings a really satisfying end to Eden's story.

    If He Had Been with Me

    I knew Finny would die. I knew it before I even started the book. And still it shocked me. Autumn is such a strong and brave girl that I couldn't not like her. ''If he had been with me'' describes the feeling of loving someone your whole life, but not being able to tell them and maybe not even realizing, perfectly.

    If Only I Had Told Her

    the first book made me hit the ground and the second one kept kicking at me while i was down already... i loved seeing how Autumne learned to love her child and see that even without Finny her life is worth something

    The Deal

    I must admit that I'm biased when it comes to ice-hockey romance... I LOVE a good sports romance and for some reason ice-hockey is my #1. BUT this book actually IS GOOD! Elle Kennedy has a writing style that just makes it easy to start one of her books and follow the story plus her stories never get boring. I must admit that I was a bit scared it might get too dark with the whole Graham-family-situation because I just wanted a cozy romance but Elle Kennedy proved to me that she can make dark themes pleasant to read.

    The Song of Achilles

    As a lover of greek mythology and a big fan of LGBTQIA+ stories this book really had it all for me! It had me laughing and it had me crying. I couldn't put this book down until i finished it and i promise you, if you like those kinda stories, you will feel the same.

    Medusa

    Goosebumps. This book is simply mesmerizing. Everything about this retelling is perfect! Jessie Burtons writing style and the story being in first person, Medusa telling us (the readers) her story. It is perfectly researched (as you would expect of a retelling) and contains SO MUCH emotion. A must read if you ask me.

Walter Moers begeistert mit einer neuen Welt - Zamonien - und unendlich vielen neuen Fabelwesen. Gesprochen von Dieter Bach nimmt dieses Hörbuch etwas magisches an, was ein wenig an ein Kinderhörbuch erinnert und einen einfach entspannen und in den Geschichten von Blaubär und Zamonien versinken lässt.
