""Reminiscences Of The Franco-Irish Ambulance"" is a memoir by Michael A. Leeson, recounting his experiences as a member of the Franco-Irish Ambulance Corps during the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1871. The book provides a first-hand account of the author's time with the Mocquarts, a French family with whom he stayed during the war, as well as his work on the Loire River transporting wounded soldiers. The book was published in 1873 and provides a detailed and personal perspective on a significant moment in European history. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
