    The Math, Tactics, Probabilities of play as well as strategies that go beyond betting decisions (such as game selection, seat selection, buy in selection, etc.)

    Poker is a people game played with cards and given that, it's very important to go thru the common archetypes in a poker room, their motivations for playing, and how to adjust from the default strategy to take advantage of this. It will also cover some common tells and general signs that less experienced players will give off.

    3) Mastering Yourself

    This is the most important factor to success in poker because all decisions stem from our mindset, mood, and general approaches to life. Poker is but a projection of who we really are.

    It will cover the common reasons that people are drawn to poker or gambling in the first place and offer some advice for how to harness/channel addiction and the desire for adrenaline into ways that serve the player. It will introduce healthy habits like meditation, journalling, nutrition, exercise, yogic related breathing (lightly) that can serve to increase performance.

    4) Mastering Money

    This section will cover bankroll management, but more importantly how to make the most of one's money. Whether it's by selling pieces to get into a bigger game, the value of having external income to take off the pressure, and introducing the ideas of investing with winnings so that the money can make more money for the player.

    Will also discuss the ways a master of the game can use their skillset to engage in other money making activities (coaching, content creation, products etc.)
