Weird and disturbing - but in a good way!

I'm honestly still stunned by what I read. This book is nothing and more than what anyone could expect. It is such an homage to surrealism and takes joy in telling stories that only get weirder and less comprehensible. Still, I cannot say that I didn't enjoy it. Because I quite frankly did. Even though I did wonder whether I was on some kind of trip. I would definitely recommend this book for those of us who are in the market for some truly weird, one-of-a-kind short stories.

I live for Japanese contemporary fiction!

Ever since I have read "Convenience Store Woman", I tend to pick up books with unusual titles. I found this in Shakespeare and Company this summer, and let me tell you, it's a wild ride! There are three short stories in one book, and with every story, it gets more bizarre. Don't ask me what I liked about this book specifically, I honestly have no idea. I just did haha.
