Tun has an old soul, and makes you travel in images and thoughts along a poetic road of his own. I found myself wanting to highlight a few phrases, as they were spot-on and inspiring, and triggered thoughts into me. The writing style gives a lot of room for interpretation and identification. Very interesting and quick read!

Tun has an incredible talent for eloquently writing about life experiences while conveying deep emotions to the reader. I found myself continually dog earring pages with lines that stuck out to me. My favorite part was Part IV: The Austrians. After finishing this piece, I had to take a moment to just sit to digest my thoughts and feelings. A few of my favorite lines: "Race, which is now left to face the aftermath of decades of oh well and just swell and laissez-faire because c'nest pas mes affaires! Every set of averted eyes, every fight, left to run its course, every injustice suffered without a cry of outrage, it sets the stage for what has been coming for awhile now, is currently coming and is yet to come." "We thought: queues, tariffs, labour shortage, inflation perhaps, yes, but what we could not fathom was that we would have to suffer ourselves, within the confines of our homes, if not for life, at least for awhile." There's so much to unpack that I know it'll become a well loved book that's read again and again. Thank you Tun for sharing your work with the world!
