this book was such an indulgence, i really enjoyed its content, its illustration, its language. the book embodies what it speaks of and i had many moments of revelation considering the experience of being a woman. its somehow is all-inclusive and really encouraged me to find pleasure in the small moments of life, to relish this experience on earth while it lasts, to enjoy living in my body. well written, well researched, heart-warming, delicious. goes well with a good hot cacao or warming tea in bed. as much as it is written with women in mind, i really believe that anyone could benefit from reading this book, as it translates ideas of mindfulness into the world we’re living in in a playful, colourful way. so grateful to florence given for writing this book and daring to share her true self so vulnerably.
