This is a must read if you want to get into meditation and understand your mind and how it works!! It has all the tools and all the knowledge to get you started. Rochelle has outdone herself writing this meditation bible. If you want to dream big again and allow your dreams to unfold, I would highly recommend it.

Ich verfolge die Arbeit von Rochelle Fox schon seit mehr als 7 Jahren und bin sofort tief in dieses Buch eingetaucht – nicht nur wegen des wunderschönen Covers, sondern vor allem wegen des inspirierenden Inhalts. Der klare und praxisnahe Aufbau macht es leicht, die Konzepte direkt anzuwenden. Rochelle macht Manifestation wirklich greifbar und zeigt, wie einfach es sein kann, die eigene Realität und das eigene Leben bewusst zu gestalten. Ein großartiges Buch für alle, die den nächsten Schritt in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung gehen wollen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
