All the plans that went kaput(t) at a Xmas market. Life is a Story - story.one

Christmas in September? Yes, please! Oh, this book… To keep it short, it made me happy. If you have time for a longer story, I’ll tell you exactly how ;) With no effort this collection of short stories took me out of my hot apartment, away from the blazing sun, and straight into the sweet bustle of the Berlin winter market. The atmosphere, the Christmas lights, the holiday carousel, the aroma of spiced apples and savory sausages, the rich taste of mulled wine are on every page! But that’s not all. In between the booths with pastries, souvenirs and hot chocolate there are very likable, bright, and distinct characters. They are so relatable and familiar :) In a sense, that at one point of our lives or another we’ve been in their shoes, we’ve faced the same unpleasant happenings. And that’s another thing that makes this book so great for all ages and backgrounds. Moreover, with all the Christmas songs, food, and mood woven into the stories this book will make a wonderful gift for someone who hasn’t had a chance to experience the Berlin winter market first hand. I truly enjoyed reading this book! It is kind and warm, and reminds us that there so many wonderful things in this life :)
