Triangle Town
Welcome to Triangle Town, a remarkable community nestled beneath towering triangle-shaped mountains. Designed by triangles, for triangles, the town is famous for its clever engineering, unique architecture, and thriving community where triangles of every size, shape, and angle feel right at home.
Everything changes when the Circle Family arrives.
As part of Triangle Town's new "Well Rounded Initiative," Mr. Circle has been invited to help the town grow and improve. But for his son, Circle, fitting in is harder than anyone expected. The school doors are shaped for triangles. The sailboats are built for triangles. Even the kites soaring overhead are triangles. No matter how hard he tries, Circle struggles to find his place in a world that was never designed with someone like him in mind.
Then one windy day, a bright yellow leaf inspires an idea that changes everything.
With creativity, courage, and a cheerful round kite, Circle helps the children of Triangle Town discover new ways to play, connect, and include one another. As friendships grow, the town begins to see that true belonging means more than welcoming someone new-it means creating spaces where everyone can participate and thrive.
Filled with humor, heart, and memorable geometric characters, Triangle Town is a thoughtful children's picture book about inclusion, accessibility, friendship, diversity, empathy, community building, problem-solving, and celebrating differences. Perfect for classrooms, libraries, parents, counselors, and educators, this social-emotional learning story encourages young readers to recognize barriers, embrace new perspectives, and work together to create communities where everyone belongs.
A delightful story about shapes, friendship, kindness, and the power of making room for everyone.
