Denial is a river in Egypt
I, as many others have read this book and spiralled into a hopeless loop of denial and tears. “They both die at the end” guarantees what is said and yet you grow so attached to these characters that it's almost humanly impossible to just accept the truth. It grabs your attention and doesn’t let go until it's too late. A book you wish would go on forever, that hurts in the best way possible. In my opinion a modern classic that perfected the way it uses your own hope against you. -

This book tore me apart emotionally. The story is both sad and beautiful. It has a stiunning way of drawing you in with it's powerful plot and storyline. A classic, that everyone should've read. -

This book made me cry a lot. The title says it all: "They both die at the end". But still, this book is full of hope and you could think that it'll end with a happily ever after, only to end up with your soul shattered into little pieces. -

Taschentücher sehr zu empfehlen ...
Auch wenn der Titel schon verrät, wie das Buch endet, wurde mir das Herz am Ende des Buches herausgerissen. Ich habe die ganze Zeit gehofft, dass beide Charaktere, wie durch ein Wunder doch nicht sterben ... aber leider war alles hoffen nicht genug. Stellt also sicher, dass Ihr beim Lesen eine Packung Taschentücher neben Euch habt, Ihr werdet die brauchen.
