Political fantasy with memorable characters
If you like a romance sub-plot, political fantasies, a rather subtle magic system or rich world-building then this book is definitely for you! The characters are more than just amazing. The world feels so rich and real and the writing style is just beautiful! The world feels very flowery (I mean look at the map that is shaped like a flower) but it is not a feel good book but rather deals with serious issues such as death, slavery and dictatorship. The characters are all morally grey but in the best way possible. It's genuinely amazing and I highly highly recommend this book
