Silver Tongue Devil

Did I hear dark pirate romantasy? Heck yes! I enjoyed this book because it underlined that there is power in s3x. There is a whole art to it, and masters who command, and pupils who learn. Croygen hast been a master in sweet talks and bedroom whispers ever since Kat grew up on his ship, wanting to follow in his fearless footsteps. But when their paths separate in a sour way, Kat grows up on her own, scorning her younger self for adoring the man who abandoned her. Of course, they meet again. Of course, sparks fly out. But there's so much more in scale now than there was before. A new enemy, a reward everyone needs for their own purposes, tension that could kill a lesser being. The pacing is nice, the story very hooking and exciting to read. I'm always down for high-seas fantasy books, they always promise a good time.
