Mister Magic A dark nostalgic supernatural thriller from New York Times

There's a mysterious children's tv show, that many people remember and nobody can find. The ex-stars of that show, now adults, set out to uncover their past and what they left behind in the desert while filming "Mister Magic". And most importantly: Who or what was the host of the show, that changed their lives? Dark, thrilling and full of psychological twists - this book had me hooked from the first page. I especially enjoyed the vibrant portrayal of the main characters and how their lives got influenced by their appearance in the show. The supernatural elements were also very well embedded in the story and this book made me shiver more than once. It reminded me a lot of Stephen King's "It" and the tv show "Candle Cove". My new favourite book and a recommendation for everyone, that enjoys mysteries surrounding lost media and horror in general.
