The Butcher's Masquerade Dungeon Crawler Carl

What a fantastic addition in the DCC-Series. With a whopping 700 pages, this book dives deep into the lore and grand story of the world we are crawling through. I loved the Battle Royal style that was chosen for this floor of the dungeon and we got some much needed character depth to some of our now pretty big cast, all in between a bunch of crazy hijinx and battles of course. This book is the starting point for bigger plans and cunning schemes, that build the grounds for later books (and floors), which I liked a lot and am currently looking forward to. It also hits you in the feels heavier then the previous ones. I like it when books do that, but it definitely hits hard here. If you read this far in the DCC-Series, you will definitely read this book too, and you will love it. Don't let them break you, read on!
