... and hope she doesn't try to kill you. This book is so fun! A great choice for everyone looking for a new romantasy to fall in love with. I enjoyed every character - especially the two protagonists. He's a villain and she's a hero's decendant. He needs her to claim a special power and she... doesn't need or want him at all! Sadly she can't escape him so she'll have to stay and maybe strike a deal. And he'll have to survive her chaos and deal with his docile unwilling bride not being very docile at all! Loved it!

Exactly, show his feelings. This was such a fun and exciting read. Everything about it was right up my alley. I loved the romance, the suspence and the overall worldbuilding. The characters were great and im excited to see where book 2 is going to lead us!

Die Welt, in der die Geschichte spielt, ist kreativ und spannend, und der enemies to lovers-Aspekt sorgt für eine schöne Dynamik zwischen den Protagonisten. Auch auf Englisch war es kein Problem, mit den Fantasybegriffen mitzukommen – der Schreibstil ist zugänglich, und alles wird gut erklärt. Insgesamt ein gut geschriebenes, fesselndes Buch, das nicht nur Fans von Fantasy, sondern auch von humorvollen und romantischen Geschichten anspricht.
