A Murder in Paris

Another psychological thriller from the bestselling author of ''Anna O''! Ever since I read the synopsis (well, my brain only picked up ''Paris'' and ''1945''), I was instantly intrigued and couldn't wait to start reading. I absolutely loved the historical timeline, as the story jumps between the present day and post WW2 Paris. The story is about Olivia Finn, memory expert, who gets a call from the french police, saying that her grandmother suddenly turned up at the Hotel Lutetia in Paris and confessed to a murder, she supposedly committed in hotel room 11. Told through alternating POVs, we get pulled into this chilling mystery, because obviously we NEED to find out what happened all those years ago. I solved it, but nevertheless there's a lot of suspense and the final twist is well done. I couldn't stop reading, so why should you?
