The Goal Off-Campus

Ich liebe diese Reihe so sehr. Die Charaktere sind mir so ans Herz gewachsen! So locker zu lesen und die Geschichte schön :)

This was such a solid addition to the Off-Campus series! I absolutely loved Tucker and Sabrina together. Sabrina is so incredibly driven, and watching her fight for her goals while navigating everything life threw at her was inspiring. And Tucker? He is officially the ultimate book boyfriend, the way he supported her without hesitation and was so completely devoted from day one completely melted my heart. The surprise pregnancy trope can sometimes be hit-or-miss, but Elle Kennedy handled it so well here. It felt realistic, emotional, and mature. My only tiny critique is that the pacing felt a little slow in the middle sections, and I wanted just a bit more of that classic campus hockey group dynamic we got in the earlier books. But overall, their chemistry was incredible, and the epilogue gave them the absolute perfect ending!

Hatte anfangs nicht wirklich eine Verbindung zu Sabrina aufbauen können, Tucker mochte ich schon in den anderen Büchern, erinnernt mich an einen meiner besten Freunde. Weshalb ich etwas traurig war das ich mit Sabrinas POv erstmal etwas meh gestimmt war würde aber nach den ersten 50 Seiten besser und am ende war ich echt hoocked. Schöner Abschluss freue mich auch Legacy. Love littel J und Tucker zusammen

If he wants a life with the woman of his dreams, he'll have to convince her that some goals can only be made with an assist . . . (blurb) Okay, so here is my off-campus series book boyfie rating. 1. Tucker 2. Garrett and Logan 3. Dean. Even though i really liked Deans book, he just gave me a major ick in book 4. He just behaved like a total brat, drama queen and toddler. The things he said and did and the way he behaved was just so out of pocket sometimes. So now coming to the couple of the book, Sabrina and tucker. I really really liked tucker and Sabrina, even when the relationship between them felt a little disconnected. I was NOT a fan of the surprise pregnancy trope but liked how Kennedy made it still somehow work. This was enjoyable overall, but it felt like I was reading about characters playing house which was exactly what I read. I think I only enjoyed the fact that this was a closure book. Loose ends were tied up and everyone got their shit together. I’m excited for the spin-off though.

The Goal ist der vierte Teil der Off-Campus-Reihe von Elle Kennedy, und dieses Mal dreht sich die Geschichte um Tucker und Sabrina. Im Gegensatz zu den Vorgängern, bei denen die romantischen und humorvollen Elemente im Vordergrund standen, rückt hier auch das Thema Schwangerschaft und die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen stärker in den Fokus. Für mich persönlich war dieser Teil der schwächste der Reihe. Während die Geschichte natürlich weiterhin nett beschrieben wurde und die Protagonisten ihre eigenen Herausforderungen meistern mussten, blieb der Humor, der die vorherigen Bücher so besonders gemacht hat, diesmal eher auf der Strecke. In den ersten Bänden der Reihe konnte man sich stets auf witzige Dialoge und charmante Momente verlassen, die das Ganze zu einer wahren Herzerwärmung gemacht haben. In The Goal hatte ich jedoch das Gefühl, dass diese Leichtigkeit und die humorvollen Szenen weniger präsent waren. Trotzdem war die Geschichte an sich natürlich noch immer unterhaltsam. Die Entwicklung von Tucker und Sabrina war spannend und emotional, und die Schwangerschaft brachte neue, tiefere Themen in die Handlung, die den Charakteren ermöglichten, auf eine andere Weise miteinander zu wachsen. Es war schön zu sehen, wie sie ihre Beziehung weiterentwickelten und Verantwortung übernahmen, aber insgesamt konnte der Band nicht ganz mit der Dynamik der vorherigen Teile mithalten. Trotz meiner persönlichen Enttäuschung über diesen Teil bleibt die Off-Campus-Reihe insgesamt ein Highlight der Sportler-Romance. Die Charaktere sind liebenswert, die Dynamik untereinander großartig und die Geschichten immer noch sehr unterhaltsam und herzerwärmend. Für Fans von Sportler-Romance ist diese Reihe nach wie vor genau das Richtige.
