What I appreciated most was how the book explores human connections, regrets, and the desire for second chances, all wrapped in a gentle, tender narrative. This book is a must read. All this series is so gutting, and so beautifully written.

In this small cozy cafe you can not only drink coffee, but also travel through time. However, this doesn't work without a few rules and risks. For example, there is a time limit and you have to sit in a certain chair. But this chair is occupied most of the time. So who would want to wait an indefinite amount of time just to meet someone for a few minutes? This book series really touched me and I still think about it from time to time. Short stories are told about different people who all have a different reason for traveling in time. To meet a former lover again. To pet a deceased animal again. Or to say something that was kept quiet. A beautiful book to empathize with, cry and laugh with.
