A Game of Fate A Dark and Enthralling Reimagining of the Hades and Persephone Myth

I loved this book so much! I am a big fan of Scarlett St. Clair in general and I totally devoured her 'touch of darkness'- series. Right before the final book of Hades and Persephone comes out in march I wanted to read the 'game of fate'- series (which tells teir story out of Hades perspective). I was a little scared to read these at first because I was afraid they would be too similar to the other series but gods was I wrong!! Hades storyline is actually pretty different and just the key scenes are identical. A big plus for me was that we get to know him a little better. The dark king of the underworld also has fears and insecuritys like everyone else and his point of view really improves the whole story and answers some questions left from the 'touch of darkness'- series. I am so excited to revisit this world and I'm looking forward to the next part!
