Gordo - a character I disliked the least in “Wolfsong”. What can I say, I loved him after the first few pages. He's one of my favorite characters since Ravensong. I needed a break a few times because Gordo's pain left me so sad and helpless. If you want to understand Gordo better and delve even deeper into Green Creek, you have to read Ravensong!

Gordo - a character I disliked the least in “Wolfsong”. What can I say, I loved him after the first few pages. He's one of my favorite characters since Ravensong. In the beginning I struggled to get into the story. T. J. Klunes writing style is not my favorite but I get used to it while reading. I really enjoyed learning more about Gordo & Mark and to see how the pack rebuilds their bonds. The beginning story arch where Gordo and the others are away from the pack could have been a bit shorter in my opinion. The ending of the book, however. really captured my attention as a lot of really interesting things happened, with a few plot Twists I did not really see coming. I am excited for the next book!

Tear me apart, stitch me back together...

...just to rip me to shreads again. This book is big on Hurt/Comfort and second+ chances. Gordo being a traumatized asshole with abandonment issues is more funny to me than it probably should and Mark being a heartbroken man with enough grief to drown the reader in it feels real and right. Their dynamic is wonderful in an aching way that attacks your heart constantly and when you think they finally settle on an agreement...the next tragedy appears and tears them apart. Worth every therapy session you will need after this book. Also Chris, Rico and Tanner are just the best Best Friends to ever exist :D.

Although I highly recommend every book in this series about a pack of brave, wonderful and crazy werewolves, I must point out “Ravensong” specifically for it is my absolute favorite. Not only because I adore Gordo, but because his story is so unique. Trust me and start reading!!!

Although I highly recommend every book in this series about a pack of brave, wonderful and crazy werewolves, I must point out “Ravensong” specifically for it is my absolute favorite. Not only because I adore Gordo, but because his story is so unique. Trust me and start reading!!!
