Absolutely amazing!
One of the best YA novels I've ever read. More than captivating. You won't be able to stop reading once you've started. I fell in love with this Story ever so quickly. Having to guess and reguess after almost every page somewhat throughout the Story on which one of the Boys was the prince and which one the assassin following Lia made me go crazy. Page-turner! -

The second book of the year is a super fun read!
Lia fled from her wedding because she didn't want to marry because of the royal rules; she wanted to marry because of love, so she fled with her best friend to a small town and worked as a maid. One day, two handsome guys entered the bar she worked at. Little did she know that one guy is the prince she should have married and the other is an assassin who was sent to kill her. I knew who was who on the first pages (even when the opposite was promised). That’s why I gave it 4 stars, but overall it was fun, and it kept me hooked. I had to order the second book directly after that. The vibe was the one I expected from this book, and I loved it. I love the characters and the small-town. The mystery part is also so good. I would recommend this book to everyone who needs a fun, fast, and magical read in between. -

The Kiss of Deception
A book that took some time to get through, but it was very worth it at the end. There's deception on every page and even we, the readers, get deceived, because while we read the POV of the prince and also the assassin, we don't know who's who. Something I've never encountered before. I really get, why it was so hyped!
