Rites of the Starling A Slow-Burn Epic Romantic Fantasy

Absolute Empfehlung ! Hatte keinerlei Probleme mit der Perspektive, das Buch war genauso mega wenn nicht besser als Band 1 und ich kann es kaum erwarten das Band 3 heraus kommt ! !

WOW! What a book! I enjoyed everything about it. There is a new POV that was a bit confusing in the beginning, but it got really interesting and the last chapters had me bawling my eyes out. Yes, there wasn't much of Ransom, but there was an enticing new romance that the entire plot so compelling.

Wow what a ride. It's a bit slower, some people were complaining about that, but I honestly enjoyed it. I loved it! I loved the new characters. Dess's story took a bit a of backseat, but for a good reason.

In Band 2 der Reihe wird ein neuer weiblicher Charakter eingeführt und das führt anfangs zu ein bisschen Verwirrung. Das Tempo des Buches ist eher langsam, insbesondere im Vergleich zu Teil 1, lässt sich durch den Schreibstil aber trotzdem gut lesen. Wer viel Action erwartet, wird eher enttäuscht, auch der MMC aus Band 1 spielt hier eher eine Nebenrolle. Ich würde trotzdem 4 Sterne geben, weil ich die Welt mag, schnell wieder in die Story gekommen bin (manchmal ein bisschen schwierig, wenn lange Zeit zwischen den Büchern liegt) und mich das Ende überrascht hat! Ich bin neugierig auf Band 3 und hoffe dort auf mehr Action!
