Lovely!

Bewertung am 24.01.2023

Bewertungsnummer: 1865827

Bewertet: Buch (Gebundene Ausgabe)

The book is a collection of beautiful insights and thoughts of the four companions. There ia not really a connecting thread in the story, so some might be disappointed. But somehow this made it for me even lovelier. The illustrations are a beautiful addition.

For the best thing we can possibly be is gentle and kind.

Bewertet: Buch (Gebundene Ausgabe)

All I can say after reading this book is that I’m utterly and truly enamoured by it. The story of the boy and his companions, the distinctive dynamic between them, their heartfelt conversations, as well as the leitmotifs, such as friendship, courage, self-acceptance, and compassion, which keep recurring throughout the story to further enforce its central themes, turn this book into a heartwarming and thought-provoking piece of art. Every word is mastefully placed, every syntax geniously crafted. Each stroke of the brush finds its mark, creating stunningly beautiful illustrations that absolutely shine in their simplicity. By all means, should you ever intend to take a book recommendation to heart, then let it be this one.

Nothing but beautiful!

Bewertet: Buch (Gebundene Ausgabe)

A beautiful story about fear, love, sadness, courage and joy. You can accompany the characters through the whole book and witness inspiring and encouraging dialogues between them, or you could just open it on one page and see a little story of its own. Every page is designed in a charming artstyle that adds to the uplifting tone of its content. A vitalizing experience for children and adults alike.
