Soooo much better than the first book!!
Bri and Jacob were just meant to be. I really liked how Abby Jimenez incorporated the whole anxiety topic, Jacob is such a relatable character and you just wanted to hug and help him all the time. Bri was my favorite side character in the first book so I was really glad that she became the main role in this one. She is just so funny, sassy, cute and so so so lovable. I loved the letter writing in the beginning and nothing is better than a good fake dating. :) -

The chemistry?!
Wow. I thought after Part of Your World Abby Jiminez could not give me an even better story, but Yours Truly?! I loved the characters, I loved the fake dating, I loved the mental health rep. This book was so addicting. And the chemistry between the main characters? I was so hooked all the time. Frustrated, happy, frustrated again, than even more happy. This was a rolercoaster of a book! Highly recommend! -

One of my favorites!
This is one of the best romantic comedies I've read in the past few months. The main characters are absolutely adorable and their story is a fantastic combination of fun and heartbreak. Loved it!!! -

Chemistry off the charts
I really enjoyed this rom-com. Jacob is such a relatable character and i love the anxiety representation. The charcaters have a great chemistry and had me rooting for them from the beginning. Can´t wait to dive deeper into the Abby Jimenez universe. -

Briana and Jacob are both doctors, both colleagues, and initially, they can't stand each other. Then fate, as luck would have it, brings them together, and they both find themselves in a whirlwind of emotions. Actually, I was totally hooked on the book! The chemistry was fantastic, it gave me a bit of a Grey's Anatomy vibe, it was funny, charming, and even touched on some deep themes. But only until about halfway through – after that, it completely got on my nerves. The whole "I'm only there to make his ex jealous" and "I am not the one he loves" thing was just too much for me and ruined the atmosphere. Miscommunication is fine, but not for half a book. It's a shame because it could easily have been a 5-star book!
