I've never read an autobiography before but since I am a huge Gilmore Girls fan, it was an obvious choice for me to give this one a chance. Kelly Bishop is just as much an icon as Emily Gilmore. Even when she was younger and feminism wasn't as big a deal as it is now, she always stood up for herself and never accepted anything less, than what she knew she deserved. This book inspired me, made me laugh and even made me cry a little.
