When Mia spills the beans on her mother's pregnancy - on national TV - things spin off into a royal wedding frenzy! A Royal Disaster is the second entry in the Princess Diaries series by Meg Cabot.

Fourteen year-old Mia Thermopolis is still struggling with her newfound royalty as Princess of Genovia. She now has a full-time bodyguard, doesn't fit into any of the school cliques and, more than anything else in the world, just wants some boobs and a boyfriend. Well, one boyfriend in particular. Michael Moscovitz - her best friend's brother . . .

Meanwhile, he mother's scandalous engagement to Mia's algebra teacher is hot gossip, with Mia's totally out-of-control grandmère all set to plan the year's biggest society wedding. A real royal headache!

And, amongst the chaos, letters from a secret admirer send Mia into romantic daydreams of a blissful life with Michael. But is it really him behind the letters?

Keep up the royal charade with Princess in the Middle, the third book in the series.

Previously published as Take Two, and in the US as Princess in the Spotlight.
