Percy Jackson and the Olympians: Wrath of the Triple Goddess

I can't believe that I'm going to say this, but...this is my favorite one. I always thought that nothing in the whole Rick Riordan-verse could compare to the OG Percy Jackson books. But this one took the cake. I loved the characters (obviously), and I also loved the storyline. The whole Halloween theme was really fun, and I just couldn't stop reading. It took me one long train ride, where a lot of laughing was involved, and I was done. I'm so hyped for the next one now. /// Ich kann selber nicht fassen, dass ich das jetzt sage, aber...das ist mein liebster Band. Immer hab ich gedacht, dass nichts im gesamten Rick Riordan Universum je die originalen fünf Percy Jackson Bände übertrumpfen kann, aber dieser hats geschafft. Ich habe die Charaktere geliebt (natürlich) und ich habe den Plot geliebt. Besonders das ganze Halloween-Thema hat super Spaß gemacht beim Lesen und ich konnte das Buch einfach nicht weglegen. Es hat nur eine längere, und mit viel Lachen gefüllte, Zugfahrt gebraucht und ich war fertig. Jetzt bin ich einfach nur gehyped auf den nächsten Band.

Our favourite trio meeting one of my favourite goddesses. I was SO hyped when I saw that this book was going to be there, and I was not disappointed. Planning a Halloween party at the house of Hecate, goddess of magic, is a risky thing and there are a lot of things that can go wrong – and will. As always Riordan does not disappoint with a funny mythological story that includes old friends and fiends. Perfect for new readers and a homecoming embrace for fans who have been there since the beginning.

Yet another absolutly thrilling and comedic adventure of Percy and his friends. Following him through another quest of great danger and enchantements. FAns will love this one and it´s an absolute MUST for everyone who loves the worlds of Rick Riordan

Well not quite, but close enough. Percy's second senior year adventure did not disappoint. Together with Annabeth and Grover, Percy is responsible to pet-sit Hecate's Hellhound and Weasel, sorry Polecat. I love just how fast-paced and light-hearted these additional Percy novels are. They truly are just for the fans. There's not much plot to be seen, but so many shenanigans and wholesome moments of friendship that will warm your heart and remind you why you loved Uncle Rick's books in the first place. Definitley a must read for all Fans!
