    Die Geschichte von Kaz Brekker und der anderen 5 Krähen ist ein absolutes Meisterwerk von "Shadow & Bone" Autorin Leigh Bardugo. Es ist spannend, herzzerreißend und ein absolutes MUSS für alle Fantasy Fans! Ich habe den ersten und zweiten Band innerhalb weniger Tage völlig verschlungen und einen Haufen Taschentücher vollgeweint.

    Tintenherz und die ganze Tintenwelt war und ist seit Jahren eine wunderschöne Geschichte und eine absolute Empfehlung für alle Buchliebhaber.Die Abenteuer von Meggie, Mo und Staubfinger ziehen dich von der ersten Seite an in ihren Bann und lassen dich nicht mehr gehen, als wärst du selbst hineingelesen worden. Als Kind haben mich die Bücher und der Film zum ersten Mal direkt verzaubert und sind mit ein ausschlaggebender Punkt, warum ich mich entschieden habe Buchhändlerin zu werden.

    Heaven Official's Blessing 1: Tian Guan Ci Fu (Novel) 1

    MXTX is a master of slow burn and suspense. I´ve never read a love story more beautiful than the one of Xie Lian and Hua Cheng. The whole series is packed with one emotional scene after another. You´ll start crying happy and (mostly) sad tears throughout the series (at least from book 3 and onwards). Even the (unofficial) side couple´s fates will leave you sobbing. The worldbuilding and character depths are so well made and the illustrations are the cherry on top. If you crave a heartwrenching lovestory this is an absolute must for you!

    Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation 1: Mo Dao Zu Shi (Novel)

    I´ve read the books after absolutely devouring the C-Drama and they are so so so much better. From character development to amazing world building, MDZS has it all. Until the last chapter you know who the real bad guy truly is and you will be left crying for characters you didn´t even know you cared about all that much. Death scenes are so well written and absolutely heartwrenching to read that you simply have to cry your heart out. And don´t get me started on the main lovestory. Yearning, waiting for years for your true love to reappear only for him to think you hate him. Slow burn at it´s finest mixed with a "he falls first and falls harder"-trope and a good amount of spice. MXTX has truly done an amazing job with this series and it´s worth every second of it´s continuing hype.

    Eine absolut fantastisch geschriebene Wüsten-Dystopie, die ihre eigene Verfilumg verdient! Was Sabaa Tahir hier geschaffen hat ist eine wahre Meisterklasse für sich und jeder, der eine gute Dystopie mit Aladdin oder Prince of Persia Vibes haben möchte sollte diese Reihe lesen!

Percy lässt einen an seinen Gedanken teilhaben und zeigt abermals, dass "Anders-sein" gar nichtmal so schlimm ist und oftmals mehr Vorteile mitsichbringt, als es anfangs vielleicht vermuten lässt.

    Krabat ist eine der Geschichten, die man immer wieder lesen kann. Sie wird düsterer und magischer je weiter man Krabat in seinen drei Lehrjahren in der schwarzen Mühle begleitet. Doch liest man auch zwischen all den dunklen Zaubern auch etwas von wahrer Freundschaft und aufrichtiger Liebe, die gegen jeden noch so bösen Fluch gewappnet sind.

    Tender is the Flesh

    By far the most gruesome and sickening, yet so fascinating and realistic book I´ve ever read. In a future where a virus has made animal meat impossible to consume, humans rely on systematic cannibalism, to keep up with the meat production. "Special" meat, as they call it, has become an expensive and delicacy and we follow Marcos through a few months of his life and the head of a meat production plant. Parts of it were so disgusting, but so undeniably human. It´s a direct mirror to how todays society would definetly react if something like that happened in real life.
