my comfort series
Everything in this series just work perfectly for me. This book made me realize how much I love the found family trope. Every single character is so full of life and their friendships and relationships mean everything to me. It's a very character driven book, the plot is slower paced. The story lives through it's characters and the atmosphere Maggie Stiefvater created. -

forever one of my comfort reads.
Re-read this whole series in preparation of the Dreamer Trilogy (which also did not disappoint in the slightest). I adore atmospheric and character-driven stories, so Maggie Stiefvater books are just the perfect match (any of her book series, really). She creates magical worlds, lovable flawed characters with so many quirks that make you realise how boring it is to be "normal" or "someone else", just be your quirky self. it's so much more fun. The Raven books are pure comfort, friendship, love, rawness and genuinity. -

One of my alltime favorites
The raven cycle is a series that was recommended to me by a friend and now I get to recommend it to all of you. Maggie captures growing up, friendships and falling in love in an enchanting way, making you long for your own magical adventure. The multiple POVs let you really connect with all of the characters and gain a deeper understanding for their individual motives and feelings, allowing for a complete immersion into the story. I re-read this series once a year and every time I read it, I notice things I had not before and fall in love with the books all over again. If you are looking for comfort, adventure and all types of love, this is the book series for you! And if after you are finished you are craving more, you can follow up with the dreamer trillogy or experience the magic of the books in the form of graphic novels. -

The Raven Boys
Absolut wundervoll für Fans der Reihe! Nach so langer Zeit nochmal in diese Welt voller geheimnisse eintauchen zu können, hat total gut getan. Der Zeichenstil ist eigen und mitreißend, wie die Story um Blue und die Jungs auch. Mir als Fan hat der Graphic Novel sehr gefallen. Verständlich ist es auch für Leser die die Reihe vorher nicht gelesen haben, jedoch kann ich mir vorstellen das die Reise hier nicht so mitreißen kann, wie wenn man die ganzen kleinen Details der Bücher im Kopf hat.
